American Bully, 11 months old in Cooperstown, Illinois For Sale

I have a year old American Bully that needs a new home. I LOVE this pup. He is my baby, and so spoiled its not funny. He thinks he is a lap dog, and likes to be held. He loves any and all people, he doesn't know a stranger but he will bark and let you know when someone is coming to the door (mainly from him being excited of "friends" visiting). He does sound mean when he barks, very deep and loud, so people would certainly think twice before just walking in. However he is a love bug, he will get more protective as he gets older and use to your home, but he's still a puppy. Completely house broken, crate & kennel trained. He knows sit, lay down, speak, walks on a leash, we are working on shake also, he knows off and no. He will do ANYTHING for a pup-eroni snack! He loves bones and treats of any kind but he especially loves those. I have him on a large breed, grain free puppy food. He is current on all shots, rabies too, hw negative and is always kept on Heartguard & Frontline plus. No allergies at all. Very happy go lucky, sweet pup. He is not neutered, but I planned to do that soon if he is still here. About 75 lbs or so now, he is pretty short but very stocky. Nice size pup for sure. ABDA registered. Comes with papers & all veterinary paperwork. He LOVES kids, my 4 year old niece uses him as a platform for her doll house furniture lol. He will mind a child also, she will tell him no, or to sit, go lay down etc and he will mind her. He is absolutely terrified of cats, he is not fond of kitties (mine use to beat him up when he was a baby), never hurt one or tried to but he will chase them away from him. Doesn't bother birds, we have a large amazon parrot. He needs to be the only dog, that's the ONLY and I mean ONLY reason he is leaving me. I got him as a 8 week old pup, and have spent a lot of time (& money) into training this boy & I expect him to continue to be just as spoiled. Ive had my other dog 6 years, and they've started getting into it, I don't feel its fair to rehome the dog Ive had SO much longer than him, even though I love him so much and its killing me to let him go. Saying Ill be picky where he goes is probably an understatement. $200 rehoming fee firm. I want him in a good home, that can afford to care for him like he is use to. If you send me a number I can text pics, I have a lot. He is truly a beautiful, loving, sweet pup and deserves the best home.
You would not be sorry bringing him into your life, I will probably bawl like a baby when he goes, but I know its whats best for him, her and myself. Thank you for reading.
